Like the Energizer bunny, we keep going and going and going. As we begin the 5th month of our fiscal year, our membership mailing now exceeds 400. There are many people to thank and welcome in this issue of the newsletter.

You can access information about the library and Friends happenings, read copies of the current and past issues of our great newsletter (everything is in color—fantastic!). While you are there please go to the Membership News section and click on the ads of our business members. You will be directly linked to their websites. It's a wonderful way to find out about the many services they offer and also show that you appreciate their support of Platt Branch through their business ads.

Friends Make Great Gifts

Psst! Just so you don't forget. It's only SIX weeks until Christmas and Hanukah. Please consider giving a membership in the Friends of Platt Library as a holiday gift. The recipients will be reminded of your thoughtfulness each time they receive a copy of our fine newsletter. Alternately, a donation in someone's name places a book on library shelves.
